Old Business

Third Thursday Wimberley – We opted not to advertise August as it will be a slow one and put money towards the September one. Will check on doing sticky note ads in the Wimberley View. We are trying to get Third Thursday designated as a festival so we can ask city for permission for food trucks/vendors.

Shuttles –Maridel has checked on sign prices, but she needs size of signs. We need to make sure it is okay to cover up KAPS signs and also okay to put a sign in the front dash window.

Winter’s Eve – We have committee persons decided, except for advertising committee. Need to get someone to do that.

We still need to get someone to head up an advertising committee for all year. Traci will speak with Tanya Kilgore to see if she can help with this.

New Business

Pumpkin orders – Mary will check with farmer on timeline. Usually they are delivered Sept 25-28 and orders/payment will need to be made by September 1. Mary will get together an order form to email to everyone. We need to have pumpkin painting after the pet parade. We should have it in the same place as the disc dogs.

Bob Cook said the Wimberley Second Saturday Gallery Trail has a Facebook page and individual businesses may be able to put pictures of their products on it. We could submit these to him to post.

Adjournment –

Traci adjourned at 7:15 pm.

Respectfully submitted,

Tammy Steen, Recording Secretary
