Third Thursday Wimberley – We have some advertising funds we can use. We will re-do rack cards. We will do a raffle for 2 - $30.00 Gift Certificates to be given away. The business that redeems the gift certificate(s) will be reimbursed the $30 from the Merchants Association. Traci will prepare sign up forms for customers to provide their name and email address. Merchants will bring their entries to On a Branch by Friday noon so they can draw for the winner. The gift certificates will have an expiration date of 3 months from issuance. If any shops want to have music, they will be asked to pay for their own. Lots of musicians will play for tips.
Melissa was going to see about making window stickers for the shops to advertise Third Thursday and also a window sticker to designate the business as a WMA member.
The Shuttle stops need to be added to the Shopper Guides. We also discussed tall flags or A-frame signs to be placed at shuttle stops. Melissa will check some prices.
Update on WMA flags – Traci made a motion to not have flags anymore. Melissa seconded.
